Our impact
Around 6007 people have already been trained in transformational leadership in several towns in the DRC
Each year we have been awarding 30 students but in 2025 Oct we awarded 40 students 20 boys and 20 girls.
AYLF is present in 32 universities and HLD in 26 schools in DRC where we equip students with leadership skills.
CDA has a staff of around 10 members and 14 volunteers in congo.
Our Basic Program Model:
Stage 1:
Life-transforming learning environments (schools, youth-centers, etc…).
Stage 2:
Engagement through University to position youth leaders for meaningful jobs.
Stage 3:
Life-long connection for personal, professional, and spiritual growth.
