AYLF: Africa Youth Leadership Forum

A collaborative initiative that brings together student leaders, students and professionals from private and public universities across the country for mentoring, training, networking and capacity building. Its main goal: to develop a new generation of leaders in Africa.

Mission

To be a movement of friends nurturing a new breed of leaders in Africa, grounded in the leadership qualities, values and principles of Jesus of Nazareth, as demonstrated by some of history’s greatest statesmen and stateswomen. Our goal is for young people to embody these values in Central and East Africa, improving the lives of those most in need.

At the heart of AYLF is the dream that Africa’s emerging leaders will speak the truth without being sectarian or divided by religion; that they will see people without labels or stereotypes; and that they will love one another and those they lead while serving with integrity.
